
| What are the Email sending limits with my account? |

There is no limit in the number of emails you can send from the portal interface. However there are limits to the number of recipients, see below. There are also limits when using mail clients such Microsoft Outlook or mobile email accounts, e.g. iPhone, that require a sending server (SMTP sending). We have this limit in place to help prevent spammers from using our services to send out spam. Both the portal and external server have a file attachment size limit of 10MB. Web Interface If you using the 'TO' field, the recipient limit is 200 email addresses. If you are using the 'BCC' field, the recipient limit is 50 email addresses. If you are using an external client (e.g., Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express) there is a daily sending limit of 500 messages per user. This is reset at midnight Pacific Time. There is a limit of 100 recipents per message (TO, CC, BCC). Please note that each recipient counts toward the daily sending limit as outlined above.
