The export function allows users to export all contacts into an excel spreadsheet for portability and ease of use in any Microsoft system.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO EXPORT YOUR CONTACTS FROM HYPEROFFICE

1. From the My Contacts page, click the contacts view button to access a complete listing of all your contacts.
   
   
   
   
2. The Contacts page appears . Click the Export button to export all or your contacts into a Microsoft Excel file.
   
   
   
   
3. The file download dialog appears. Click Save and OK then select the location where you want to save the file.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Save
