The following instructions are a short overview to help you set up the basic components of your online workplace and customize it for your specific needs. Also remember that you can access the HyperOffice online Support engine from within your HyperOffice Portal (in the right top coner of the webpage).

Changing your password



To change your password, follow these steps:
    1. Click the Settings tab on the left navigation bar.
    2. Click the Account icon. The Account Settings page appears.
    3. In the Account Settings page scroll dow to the 'Change password' section.
    4. In the Current Password field, type the current user password. If this field is not entered correctly, the password change will not apply.
    5. In the New Password field, type the new password. For enhanced security, it is always a good practice to use an alpha numeric password.
    6. In the Re-Type New Password field, type the new password again.
    7. Click the Change Password button to change the current password to the new password.

Personal Information



To change your personal settings, follow these steps:
    1. Click the Settings tab on the left navigation bar.
    2. Click the Personal icon. The Personal Information page appears.
    3. You can change the following fields on this page:
      • Name
      • Alternate Email
      • Organization
      • Address, City, State, Zip, County
      • Time Zone
      • Work Phone
      • Home Phone
      • Mobile Phone
      • Fax Phone

    4. If you want to allow other group members to view your information, click the 'Allow others to retrieve this information checkbox.
    5. When you have made all of you changes, click the 'Update Information' button.



HyperDrive



HyperDrive allows you to create a virtual drive accessible through Windows or Mac OS just like a local drive. You can then store, access, and manage files and folders through your HyperDrive from any internet connected computer. HyperDrive is password-protected using your fully qualified username and password.
