Issue: The page view does not always change while switching between Mail Folders in your Personal Mail section. Explanation: This issue is related to the browser's ability to update the webpage in a normal fashion. The problem typically occurs in Internet Explorer 7 and 8. Workaround: In the Internet Explorer browser, go to: Tools > Internet Options.1. Under General > Settings (listed in 'Browsing History') 'Check for new versions of stored pages' should be set to: 'Automatically' 2. Under Security > Trusted Sites, both https://securedurl.com and http://hyperoffice.com should be added as a Trusted Site. 3. Under Privacy > Sites, both https://securedurl.com and http://hyperoffice.com should be added as an 'Allowed' Site.
